Hello, I’m Carolyn.

Thank you for stopping by.

I’m a program strategist, awe hunter, and rewilder-in-training. I’m endlessly curious about how we can work, live, and learn differently—and more meaningfully. I challenge outdated systems, question the status quo, and look for better ways to do business and build community.

I’m also the founder of The Little Project Management Company (LPM Co), where I partner with purpose-led organisations to design thoughtful programs and create streamlined systems. My work focuses on process mapping, journey design, and uncovering the small shifts that lead to big impact.

I love helping founders and teams work with more clarity, ease and intention—laying the groundwork for better outcomes, more opportunities, and far less stress.

Occasionally, I write about the things that light me up: life on the road, homeschooling, and simplicity: finding purpose in the everyday.

If something here resonates—or if you just feel like a cup of tea—get in touch.

“From day one, Carolyn really understood what we wanted to achieve and shared my passion for changing endings for women and children affected by Domestic and Family Violence. It is fabulous to work with Carolyn and her drive, optimism and dedication has helped us achieve amazing results.”

A note on values

Caring for the environment is at the heart of how I work and live.

I keep things simple—buying less, recycling, composting, and choosing low-waste options wherever I can. I also build regular time in nature into my work rhythm, whether it’s thinking through a project on a bushwalk or resetting my focus under the trees.

As a small, ongoing commitment, I donate monthly to environmental initiatives and support local community environmental projects.

I acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the lands on which I live, work and travel. I pay my respects to Elders past and present, and extend that respect to all First Nations peoples. I honour their deep, continuous connection to land, waters, skies and culture, and their role as the original stewards of this Country.
